Pingpong Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Service and its users in connection with the use of the couple doodle-exchange application provided by Pingpong (hereinafter the “Service”).

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. Service: The Pingpong iOS application and all related backend features.
2. User: A person who registers for and uses the Service with an Apple account.
3. Couple: A relationship unit of two users connected through an invite code.
4. Doodle: A hand-drawn sketch created by a user on the in-app canvas.
5. Premium: Extended features provided through a paid purchase.
6. Couple Pass: A one-time purchase product that allows unlimited use of Premium features, limited to a specific couple relationship.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

1. These Terms take effect when posted within the Service or on the connection screen.
2. The Service may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws, and will give notice at least 7 days before the effective date of any amendment.
3. If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may discontinue use of the Service and withdraw their membership.
